Each player is entitled to maintain only one (1) 555g account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. This policy applies regardless of whether multiple accounts are registered under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account suspension. 555g reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration detail at any time.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements, 555g operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players wishing to make withdrawals must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Passport). KYC verification is reviewed within 24–48 business hours. Withdrawal access is suspended until KYC is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555g login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 555g will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be attributed to you unless you have reported unauthorized access to 555g support promptly.
If you believe your 555g account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 555g support immediately via the live chat function. Upon verified notification, 555g will temporarily suspend the account pending a security review. 555g will not be liable for losses incurred prior to you reporting suspected unauthorized access.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 555g reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Remaining balances will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
You may request closure of your 555g account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding bonus balances that do not meet wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method.
555g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 555g does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, over which 555g has no control.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 555g account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within five (5) minutes during business hours but may take longer during high-volume periods. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the deposit screen in your account dashboard.
Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes under standard conditions, seven days a week. Withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. 555g reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds as required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in your verified name.
Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal in order to cover payment processing costs. This is a minimum wagering obligation on deposits and does not apply to bonus-related wagering requirements, which are governed separately under Section 5.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 555g is required to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR AML guidelines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required. Attempting to use 555g for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.
555g offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these General Terms.
All 555g bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. 555g reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to fulfil wagering requirements, 555g will make a fair determination of any bonus balance to be retained or forfeited on a case-by-case basis.
All games offered through the 555g platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified by an accredited testing laboratory. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in professionally operated studio environments. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game session, 555g will investigate the incident and render a determination based on available game logs. If a malfunction cannot be resolved in a manner that accurately determines the intended game outcome, 555g reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. Malfunctions void all pays and plays where applicable under the game's ruleset.
555g is not responsible for incomplete game sessions caused by interruptions to your internet connection, device failure, or other circumstances beyond 555g's direct control. Where a game session is interrupted mid-round due to connectivity, the game will resume from its last confirmed state when you reconnect, where technically feasible.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 555g platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR where applicable:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 555g's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's verified account balance at the time of the claim. 555g will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or emotional distress claims.
555g distributes games and content provided by third-party software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI Games, PG Soft, and others). While 555g ensures that all distributed games are RNG-certified and meet PAGCOR compliance standards before listing, 555g does not warrant the availability of any specific third-party game title and is not liable for the decisions of third-party providers to modify or withdraw their game content.

You retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. 555g reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the 555g platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law, in which case shorter notice may apply.
Continued use of the 555g platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The primary regulatory authority for 555g is the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
If you have a dispute with 555g relating to your account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter covered by these terms, you must first contact 555g support via live chat to initiate the internal resolution process. 555g will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 555g's internal dispute resolution process, you retain the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR for independent review. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be binding on 555g as a licensed operator.
These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
